The Exercise Coach provides 1 on 1 personal training in a small, clean, quiet, private environment. Visits are scheduled by appointment and clients are always working with a certified trainer. With just two 20-minute workouts per week, we can help you reach your fitness goals. Our specialized equipment is similar in some ways to physical therapy equipment and works for all ages, athletic ability, and even accommodates injuries.
